Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Water Sort: MyPuzzle collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you play the game, make a purchase, view an advertisement, or contact us.

1. Who we are
Water Sort: MyPuzzle is provided by Shenzhen AppDev Technology Co., Ltd. ("Water Sort: MyPuzzle," "we," "us," or "our"). For privacy questions or requests, contact us using the details below.

Information stored only on your device is not collected by us unless it is transmitted to our servers or a service provider. We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, health data, or payment-card numbers.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and authenticate a pseudonymous guest account;
- save progress and synchronize game economy data;
- operate levels, lives, coins, boosters, rewards, leaderboards where enabled, and other requested features;
- validate in-app purchases and provide purchased content;
- display and measure advertisements, including personalized ads only where permitted and consented to;
- detect abuse, invalid traffic, cheating, duplicate rewards, and security incidents;
- diagnose crashes, maintain availability, and improve game performance and design;
- provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients only as needed for the purposes described above:
- Google AdMob and advertising partners. AdMob may process IP address, approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad data, product interaction, performance data, and crash data. Its processing depends on your region, consent, device settings, and the ad-serving mode. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Apple. Apple operates the App Store and StoreKit purchasing systems and processes payment and transaction information under its own privacy terms. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting, database, and security providers. These providers process service data for us under contractual and security obligations.
- Authorities or transaction parties. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising disclosures may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" under some privacy laws. You can manage eligible choices as described in Privacy Choices.
5. Advertising and consent
Water Sort: MyPuzzle uses Google AdMob. Where required, the app presents a consent message before requesting ads and provides an in-app privacy-options entry point. Depending on your choices and applicable law, AdMob may serve personalized, non-personalized, limited, or technical ads.
On iOS, access to Apple's advertising identifier for cross-app tracking requires permission through App Tracking Transparency. If permission is denied or not requested, we do not access the identifier through that permission. You can also restrict tracking in your device settings. Refusing personalized advertising does not prevent you from playing the game, although ads may still be shown.
6. Retention and deletion
- Guest account, saved-game, and economy data are retained while needed to provide the service or until the account is deleted.
- Authentication sessions expire automatically; related security records may be retained for up to 90 days.
- Routine server and diagnostic logs are generally retained for up to 90 days unless needed longer to investigate security, fraud, or reliability incidents.
- Support records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the request is closed.
- Purchase and transaction records may be retained for up to seven years, or longer if legally required, for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, and legal compliance.
- Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten.
To request deletion, use the in-app deletion option when available or follow the instructions on our Privacy Choices page. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal exceptions. Deleting the app alone does not necessarily delete server-side data.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive a portable copy, or appeal a decision. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Because Water Sort: MyPuzzle uses a pseudonymous guest account, we may ask for the player ID shown in the app or other information reasonably necessary to locate and verify the account. We will not ask for your password, full payment-card details, or Apple Account password.
8. Children's privacy
Water Sort: MyPuzzle is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly ask children to provide their name, email address, or other direct contact information through the game. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
We do not use information known to relate to a child for personalized advertising. App-store age ratings describe content suitability and do not change this privacy statement.
9. International transfers and security
Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use contractual or other legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport, access controls, pseudonymous identifiers, and restricted access to production systems. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.
